SupplyOrder

SupplyOrder is an integral component of MEDI-EXCHANGE MarketSite that provides a capability to immediately e-commerce enables suppliers. SupplyOrder is a web-based application that allows suppliers to transact with BuySite and other MarketSite enabled buying applications. A supplier needs only a browser (Internet Explorer v4.x and higher or Netscape Navigator v4.x and higher) and access to the Internet to utilize this service.

Catalog Management is a simple and quick process to update product and service catalog information in MEDI-EXCHANGE MarketSite.

Order Management

Receive, view, and manage Purchase Orders securely through a standard web browser. Sort and search existing Purchase Orders to match specific business processes. Update Purchase Orders in real-time, so customers can quickly check order status through their electronic procurement applications. In addition to viewing purchase orders online, the supplier may also print and/or download orders. The orders can be downloaded as either a Comma Separated File (CSV) or as an XML document in the CBL 2.0.1 format. Suppliers may also download any attachments included with orders.

Price Management

Suppliers also have the capability to update pricing availability information. The prices on hand data are used to respond to Price Availability Checks issued by integrated buying applications. This "hosted" capability provides non-integrated suppliers with capabilities similar to that of an integrated supplier.
